2008 BILLY DIXON RESULTS
Another Dixon has come and gone with some great shooters coming from 3 different states to compete. We had a good turnout, and look forward to next year! A big thanks to all of those shooters who came out and supported us!
The overall winner of the 2008 Billy Dixon is Ken Myers of Rangely, Colorado. He had a total of 42 out of 48 possible hits.
This year we had a special award in honor of the late Chad "Croz" Crosby. This was awarded to the person that finished in the middle of the field.
The "B" Class winner is Jenine Myers of Rangely, Colorado.
We also gave out a couple awards for the shooter who traveled the furthest distance, and the shooter who just had some bad luck! The "Furthest Distance" award went to Wes Bayles who traveled all the way from Laverkin, Utah. The "Hard Luck" award went to our own Robert Rogers who had a gun breakdown after the first round.
There were 11 shooters that hit the Billy Dixon Target at approximately 1465 yards! Great Job!!
